Shakira, one of my best female singer. When I hear her song, hips don’t lie; I feel like to dance, though I don’t know how to do dance. When I see her belly dance in this songs music video it just makes me fee crazy and feels me to speak Spanish as the lyrics used to say. Shakira is from Colombia. Her full name is Shakira Isabel mebarak Ripoll. She was born in 1977 February 2nd. Shakira was talented from her childhood. According to the Colombian columnist, she knew the alphabet by eighteen months, and by three years of age, she knew how to read. She went to school at her age four. Shakira has a great boon of writing from her childhood. She was very good in writing in lyrics and very good in her studies as well. At the class she used to write the lyrics of the songs. She is very clever and very quick to pick up the things as well. When teacher asks her anything while she was busy writing her lyrics, she used to quickly look over the board and picks up the things and put herself in the position. Shakira loves a dance very much and she is good dancer from before. The dancing, writing and singing capabilities were her god gifted. She used to do great belly dance from before though nobody taught her how to do it. She used to say that whenever she hears beat of Derbeque, her hips begin to move.
About the Shakira, her songs were always cool enough to hear and makes everybody ready to dance. She has recorded her first debut album, Magia in 1991 with Sony Music, when she was just 14-years of age. Then she recorded her peligro in 1993 both of her albums were not good commercially. This song was the only song which is popular in that album. This song was a breakthrough for a shakira and sony allowed shakira to record the third studio album. After this onward she continued her musical journey and has reached to her top. She is the only artist to have two songs in the top ten of the most successful singles since 1999. According to United world chart, shakira is the fourth most successful artist so far from 2000.
Shakira has lots of her song in spanish languages as well and most of them are very popular among the columnbian people. She has lot english popular songs as well. Such as Underneath your cloth, whenever whenever, don’t bother, hips don’t lie, objection etc.
